Divyanka Tripathi has no qualms about playing a mother to grown-ups

first_imgThe rumours of time-leap in Star Plus’ daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein surfaced last year too, but it seems this time it is finally happening as the search for new faces has already started.According to reports, the show is all set for a time-leap of 10 years. Though there is no official announcement for the same yet, but the producers have already started searching for new actors. Actress Aditi Bhatia has apparently been approached to play the role of grown up Ruhi. Currently, the role of Raman and Ishita’s daughter, Ruhi, is being played by Ruhanika Dhawan. I am open to changes as long as my skills are being properly utilised and the show continues to rake in good ratings. The show is above all. As far as aging on screen is concerned, I am sure the TV audience don’t go by stereotypes – they have evolved and become smarter over the years.
